Fort Fabrication installs PIONEER Cover-All Tarping Systems with options and prices to suit every size truck and tarping need. Pioneer come in manual, semi-automatic, electric, air or hydraulic control systems.
E-Series: Pivot Crank Handle, Telescopic Roller, Bearing Plates, Mesh Tarp, Safe Ground Level Operation. E-300 System Ideal for Landscapers. E-500 Ideal for Municipalities, E-550 for Rack and Tub Bodies, E-600 the Premier Manual System with 3” telescopic roller housing that expands from 84” to 96” comes with guides, rope, cleats and “J” hooks. Tarps are strong yet light, for ease of handling.
700-Series: Small truck economy with disengaging crank handle, brake for pivot arm control and an underbody extension spring. Options include economy control box or electric drive motor.
1000-Series: Affordable systems for truck bodies up to 15’ long.
1500-Series: Heavy Duty systems made from your choice of steel or aluminium with the strongest bows and 4 inch torsion springs available.
2100-Series: Air or Hydraulic systems operate from inside the cab, no external cylinders or hoses.

All models feature lightweight high tensile steel construction and hexagonal booms for superior load control.The COBRA model (top right) is a mechanic’s service crane typically used for service trucks, oilfield and forestry. Winches and cable remote controls are standard and it features fully sequenced hydraulic extensions, 6 safety devices, a fast and efficient planetary winch, cable remote control and continuous rotation is standard (optional 3304W).
The MAXILIFT model is a monoboom type crane used for delivery trucks and service trucks. It's compact, versatile and can be mounted virtually anywhere. It features 370 degrees of rotation, sequenced extension cylinders, thermally protected power units on electric models, a precise multifunctional valve bank and all cylinders are equipped with counterbalance valves for safe smooth operation.
The BIGMAX is available in monoboom and knuckleboom configurations. It’s typically used for delivery trucks and tipper bodies. It features a durable rack and pinion rotation system, sequenced extension cylinders, dual side controls on the "B" series.

Fort Fabrication installs and services strong, reliable Nordic hydraulic truck hoists. The Underbody Series ranges from the single cylinder, 400 pound C-90 to the dual cylinder telescopic NTC 800XT with massive hoisting capacity. Nordic hoists have a high power to weight ratio. With large diameter pivot shafts to reduce friction, structural tubes to provide torsional strength, large ductile pivot tee castings to handle cylinder forces, these hoists are extremely strong while relatively light weight. They can handle uneven loads and are double acting for positive load control up & down. Hydraulic box lock down stops box rattling. They mount far forward on the truck box for better stability and less box strain. The Direct Mount Gear Pump in combination with a Valve/Reservoir features a unique space saving recycle valve. The recycle valve allows the reservoir to be sized for only the fluid volume displaced by the cylinder rod(s) during operation, reducing hydraulic reservoir size by 80%.
